Every model in the Cabinet Tronix "Coastal Elements" line includes a near-silent, TV lift mechanism, pre-installed and ready to use with your flat panel TV. We take great care with ALL the details of our products, and the lifting hardware is no exception. Your furniture will include ONLY the highest quality, American-made, telescoping lift mechanisms, which are designed for durability and long life (these are the same high-grade lift systems that are also used in more than 65 other Cabinet Tronix custom furniture styles). Our lifts are so reliable, in fact, that they are covered by the longest and most exclusive warranty in the industry - 5 YEARS of FULL REPLACEMENT coverage (details below). The same warranty applies to our TV lift swivel systems.

So why are there so many lift cabinets on the market with short warranties (usually only ONE year)?
Those companies cut costs by using inferior, imported lifting mechanisms, which are not rated for more than a year of coverage. They also allow the installation of this critical equipment to be done overseas, rather than controlling it themselves. We prefer to handle this important process ourselves.

We manufacture the "Coastal Elements" furniture pieces in our overseas facility, and then relocate them to our inspection and installation facility in California. There our highly trained, certified technicians install the telescoping TV lift mechanism into each cabinet, on a per-order basis. This method allows us to maintain much higher levels of quality control, ensuring smooth, durable and quiet operation for every furniture system we send out.

But some TV lift furniture companies offer extended warranties, isn't that good enough?
Some of them do offer warranty extensions, at an additional charge, but you should understand what that really means. They are asking you, the buyer, to pay for a replacement lifting mechanism, up front, so they won't have to cover the cost when you need a replacement lift system in the future. The replacement will be the same thing all over again, with the same short lifespan. We believe in building things right the first time. Our TV lift mechanisms are built to last and you get FIVE YEARS of coverage, without buying any warranty extensions.

Warranty Details: 

What is Covered: The complete lifting system, which includes the motorized components, electronics, and steel components. Nothing in the lift system is excluded from the warranty. The five year warranty does not cover the actual furniture, or other non-lift-system electronics that may be installed in the furniture.
What to do if You Have a Warranty Issue: We have very few problems with our lifting systems, but when we do, most of the time it is a simple issue (like setting the height limit) that can be solved with you over the phone. You can call us toll-free and we will step you through it.

Replacement Parts and Return Parts: If there is a replacement part needed, we send it out the same or next day, using UPS Ground service. You will never be asked to send us back a part until we have already sent you a new one. Most of our replacement parts are plug and play, so they are will be very simple for you to use. TV lift swivel systems are also covered in this warranty.
The same box from the new part will include a pre-paid return UPS label, so all you will need to do is tape it back up and drop it to UPS. We pay for the shipping both ways. On occasion, digital photos may be requested to help us understand and get a full visual of the problem.

What is not covered: The five year lift system Warranty only applies to its original owner. This Warranty does not cover the following: any product on which the serial number has been defaced, modified or removed; damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from accident, misuse, neglect, power surges, fire, water, lightning, or other acts of nature, unauthorized product modification, failure to follow the instructions supplied with the product, repair or attempted repair by anyone not authorized by the lift manufacturer, causes external to the product such as electric power fluctuations or failure, use of supplies or parts not meeting manufacturer's specifications, or any other cause which does not relate to a product defect.
