We want you to be totally satisfied with the equipment you receive and use only the best quality craftsmen, furniture construction techniques, veneers and finishes on our furniture systems. Each piece, including the pre-installed electronics is thoroughly inspected for quality and smooth operation prior to shipment.

Every modern TV lift cabinet design and traditional pop up TV furniture system is sold with a money back guarantee.  From the minute you place your order to the second you take delivery of your chosen cabinet, we will return your payment if you change your mind or are unsatisfied with the quality or operation of the product.

Please note before reading on: we custom install the TV lift systems, exclusive features and additional options on site at Cabinet Tronix. These works are based on each individual order and your specifications. There are labour, handling, carrying and shipping costs associated with cancellations and returns for this reason.

Cancellations:


Initial orders may be cancelled within 3 days of the deposit with no restocking fees. A cancellation fee of 25% of the purchase price will be charged on in-stock orders cancelled after 3 days of the deposit date. A restocking fee of 25%, plus associated shipping costs will be charged on orders that are cancelled while in transit but yet to be delivered.

Returns:


To return a product that has been delivered, Cabinet Tronix must be notified of the return via email at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . This must be done within 3 days of the delivery date. A fee of 50% of the purchase price, plus any shipping costs will be charged on returned orders.

You must place the TV lift furniture back into its original crate before the shippers arrive to pick up the merchandise. Furniture will be inspected by Cabinet Tronix before a refund is issued. The customer will be notified of any reduction of a refund due to damage.

Requests for cancellation or return will not be accepted by phone.
In addition to this satisfaction guarantee, our TV lift mechanism is provided with a 5 year full replacement warranty.
